Of SNI's 13 listed defects, 1 is closed, 1 has a fix built and waiting to deploy, and 11 are still open. The biggest risk is three Critical/High compliance defects (771, 916, 1232). Their delivery tickets are marked Done, but SNI says the problems still happen. Seven of the nine open Critical/High defects have no active delivery work today.

1431 — Portal draft edit changes origin to Driver (PSOP-4095). The fix (PSELD-2713) shipped in web release 20260608 on Jun 24, 2026. SNI confirmed and closed it on their side in July.
1453 — No date validation in Send to HOS workflow (PSOP-5502). In July, a fix ticket was opened to validate load start and end dates in the HOS Load Prompt. PRTY-8261 was completed Sep 16, 2026 in Workflow 5.0.0. Next step: confirm the Workflow 5.0.0 rollout date for SNI.
1430 — False ignition events while driving (VVOP-771). The root cause is linked to DDE 6 clearing, which creates ignition events. On Oct 7, Compliance and DFT agreed to investigate jointly, and a ticket was queued for the next sprint. On Oct 15, SNI reported the ticket failed in their testing. Implementation tickets DFT-2386 and PSELD-4772 are To Do. Related item VVOP-775 (SNI defect 1441, random trucks in logs) is in Options.
771 — Rejected UDT stuck in Pending for Review (PSOP-3202). The original fix, SG-700, is Done. SNI still reports 59% of UDT stuck over six months. SNI sent new examples on Jul 16, 2026. The PSOP is back in Options with no new delivery ticket.
916 — End ELD drive on ignition off (PSOP-1123). Delivery work is closed as Done: COM-9019 in HOS 5.11.2, plus PSOP-817. SNI tested the fix and it failed. The PSOP was archived in Mar 2026 during the Project Pathfinder cleanup because it had no primary team, so nobody is actively tracking it.
1232 — Power malfunction not triggering (PSOP-3083 → PSOP-4617). FLTL-1785 (Edge) closed the original ticket. SNI sent an addendum on Apr 14, 2026. They flagged it again on Jun 3 while testing the CVD-605 device (feedback in VVOP-986). PSOP-4617 is in Options.
769 — Store and Forward not presenting UDT (PSOP-5611). SNI confirmed on Jul 8, 2026 that it is still an issue.
1089 — Store and Forward auto-adds drive time (PSOP-1988). SNI says it happens 100% of the time and confirmed on Jul 8, 2026 that it is still open. No delivery ticket.
680 — Prompt for missing load information (PSOP-5535). Confirmed as a top-10 item on Aug 4, 2026, with a write-up attached. Pairs with 1484.
1484 — Prompt co-driver for wheel driver's load info (PSOP-5503). Enhancement. Pairs with 680; both affect SNI's CSA scores.
1044 — eRODS shows trucks the driver never used (PSOP-2707). SNI sent a more severe example in Feb 2025 and reported a failed retest in Jul 2025. No delivery ticket.
1424 — Configurable passenger-to-driver handoff for teams (VVOP-763, formerly PSOP-4012). Enhancement. DFT-1583 exists but is To Do.
1248 — eRODS odometer / engine hours out of sequence (PSOP-3149). PS considers this expected behavior after a UDT is reverted, and PSELD-2370 was closed as Won't Do. SNI disagreed in Jun 2025, and the item is still on their list.
